If you are not intentional about your own life, chances are you will be wasting your time. Be intentional and proactive about everything you do daily.
There’s constant pressure around us to explain what we feel, how we feel and when we feel it. But what do you do when the person you’re explaining to doesn’t need you nor appreciate you and what you’ve got to say? You stop!
